1. Overview
Fadehack provides software for barbershops to manage bookings, team availability, client communications, billing, and branded booking websites.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through fadehack.com, Fadehack dashboards, booking flows hosted on Fadehack, and transactional messages sent by or through Fadehack.
2. Information we collect
- Account and business information, such as owner name, email address, phone number, business name, subdomain, timezone, language preferences, and plan selection.
- Operational content provided by barbershops, such as services, prices, barber profiles, schedules, promotions, website content, reviews, and blog content.
- Booking information provided by clients, such as name, phone number, email address, selected services, assigned barber, appointment time, and promotion codes.
- Billing information and subscription records, including Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, billing status, and plan history.
- Communication records and metadata, including email delivery events, Twilio message identifiers, SMS delivery status, segment counts, and messaging-budget events.
- Technical and security data, such as request logs, IP address, browser data, authentication events, cookies required for sign-in or tenant selection, and fraud-prevention or abuse-prevention signals.
3. How we use information
- To create and manage Fadehack accounts, workspaces, locations, and websites.
- To process bookings, reminders, confirmations, cancellations, reschedules, and review requests.
- To send operational alerts to barbershop owners, including new booking notifications and appointment updates.
- To process subscriptions, manage billing access, and support payment operations.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the platform.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our platform terms.
4. SMS, WhatsApp, and email communications
Fadehack uses transactional messaging to support booking operations. These communications can include booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations, reschedules, review requests, and operational alerts for barbershop owners.
SMS and WhatsApp delivery may be handled through Twilio. Email delivery may be handled through Resend. Payment and subscription data may be processed through Stripe.
Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use.
Message frequency varies based on booking and account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Fadehack only uses phone numbers and consent records to operate booking-related and account-related communications for the relevant barbershop and platform workflows.
5. How we share information
- With the relevant barbershop or location when a client books, updates, or cancels an appointment.
- With service providers that help us operate the platform, such as Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Twilio, and Resend.
- With professional advisors or authorities when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security response.
- As part of a corporate transaction if Fadehack is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain reliable business records.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, whether a barbershop remains active, applicable billing obligations, and security or compliance requirements.
7. Your choices and rights
- Barbershop operators can review and update business contact details, website content, and operational settings from the Fadehack dashboard.
- Clients can contact the relevant barbershop or Fadehack support to request corrections related to booking records.
- Recipients can opt out of SMS messaging by replying STOP where supported by the sender and carrier workflow.
8. Security and children
Fadehack uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Fadehack is intended for business use by barbershops and for booking use by clients. It is not directed to children under 13.
