1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Fadehack by barbershop operators, team members, and visitors who book appointments through a Fadehack-powered booking flow.

By creating an account, using the dashboard, submitting business information, or booking an appointment through a Fadehack booking page, you agree to these terms.

2. Platform services

  • Fadehack provides appointment booking tools, website management, team and schedule management, messaging workflows, and subscription-related features for barbershops.
  • Fadehack may update, improve, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service as the platform evolves.

3. Accounts and workspace responsibilities

  • Barbershop operators are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, services, prices, schedules, and contact channels.
  • Account holders are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for activity performed through their workspace.
  • You must not use Fadehack to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or spam-related communications.

4. Bookings and customer communications

Fadehack facilitates appointment requests, confirmations, reminders, cancellations, reschedules, and related communications between a barbershop and its clients.

Barbershops remain responsible for the services they provide, the accuracy of availability shown to clients, and the client experience delivered in person or remotely.

5. SMS program terms

Program name: Fadehack Appointment and Operations Notifications.

Fadehack may send transactional SMS related to bookings and account operations, including appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, reschedules, review requests, and operational alerts for barbershop owners when bookings are created or updated.

  • Message frequency varies based on booking and account activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Clients opt in by providing their phone number during booking and checking the booking consent disclosure before confirming the appointment.
  • Barbershop owners opt in by providing or saving a business phone number in onboarding or settings after being shown an operational SMS disclosure.
  • Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use.
  • Text STOP to opt out of SMS notifications. Text START to re-enable messages after opting out. Text HELP for help where supported, or contact support@fadehack.com.
  • Opting out of SMS may limit certain booking or operational notifications, but other transactional communications such as email may still be sent if an email address was provided.

6. Billing and subscriptions

  • Paid plans, add-ons, quotas, and billing intervals are governed by the pricing and subscription settings shown in the Fadehack platform.
  • Subscription access, plan limits, messaging quotas, and billing overrides may affect which product features are available.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated by Fadehack.

7. Content and data

You retain responsibility for content, customer data, and business information you submit to Fadehack. You must have the rights and permissions required to use that content and to contact recipients through the platform.

8. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

Fadehack is provided on an as-available basis. We aim to operate the platform reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fadehack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from platform use, booking activity, carrier filtering, or third-party provider outages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Fadehack after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
